To ensure a high level of data confidentiality while guaranteeing a relevant level of analysis of the panel, Lizeo has set up a double confidentiality management system:

Data analysis provided to distributors:
- Each distributor knows its own performance in relation to the entire panel
- A minimum number of distributors is required to provide detailed information and maintain confidentiality
How does it work?
- Definition of the scope of the project: Data = volumes, prices, stock data to be collected - Panel = distribution partners to work with (wholesalers, dealers, etc.)
- Capture of private brand data (for private panel): product categories, sell-in, forecasts, etc
- Capture of sell-out data (volumes, products, prices) and stock from distribution partners through a web platform
- Data management (Cleaning, Matching, Enrichment, Aggregation)
- Data analysis and report deliveries (weekly or monthly)
